We wish a Happy New Year 2021 to the readers of Brain & Development, an official journal of the Japanese Society of Child Neurology.
Thanks to the support of the readers and researchers in the field of child neurology and developmental neuroscience, Brain & Development receives papers submitted from approximately 40 countries every year, and it publishes varied articles ranging from clinical child neurology to basic neurosciences. The journal is continuously progressing and it covers a variety of topics including motor and intellectual disabilities, genetic and metabolic disorders, developmental disorders, neonatal neurology, seizure and epileptic disorders, disaster medicine, and neuroinflammatory disorders.
The Japanese Society of Child Neurology has a 42-year history of publishing international journals. Brain & Development has been committed to promoting research activity in the field of child neurology, and it will continue to publish novel, relevant, and important papers in this field.
We appreciate the contributions and encouragements from all over the world to further develop and improve Brain & Development.
